André Rodríguez
André Rodríguez is managing partner of Neto Consultores, a strategy and financial consulting firm operating in Bogotá and Madrid. He works on the layer that is rarely put in writing when a company is run by partners: how decisions are made, how profits are shared, and through what mechanism a disagreement is raised before it turns into a conflict.
For more than twenty years he has founded, structured and restructured business projects in Latin America and Europe (marketing, technology, agribusiness, logistics, food, consumer goods and health) and has supported capital raising, expansion and internationalization processes. Engagements usually arrive when an external event (a new investor, a partner’s exit or succession, new executives, a move into another market) or an internal conflict forces the formalization of what until then rested on good faith among the owners.
Telling apart what a team says from what it actually does is a central part of that work, a skill he has trained for years at the Bihar School of Yoga, not at a business school.
He holds a degree in Economics from Northeastern University and specializations in Applied Mathematics from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and in Logistics from Universidad de los Andes. He serves as an advisor to early-stage companies.
