Mario García Vera

Founding Partner and Director of Legardí. He is a legal advisor specialized in business law (corporate and commercial), with experience in companies, insolvency, foreign investment, project finance, startups and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He holds a law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a specialization in Contract Law from the same university and in Corporate Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and is a candidate for a master’s degree in International Business Law at Sapienza Università di Roma. He is a member of the Colegio de Abogados Comercialistas and the Instituto de Análisis Societario (IDEAS). His practice combines preventive advice on corporate structuring with representation in disputes, serving clients across different industries.
