A graduate of Universidad Sergio Arboleda in Bogotá, Juan Carlos holds a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad del Rosario, where he is also a candidate for a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. He has completed studies in Legal Innovation at the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) and holds a diploma in Commercial Law and Business Corporations.
He advises clients on corporate law, commercial litigation, and corporate governance, including the structuring of security schemes and the drafting of commercial contracts and corporate documents. Juan Carlos acts as litigation counsel before the ordinary and specialized jurisdictions in commercial, competition, and corporate matters.
