Mario García Vera

A graduate of the Universidad Externado de Colombia, Mario has broad experience in corporate, commercial, and company law. He holds a specialization in Contract Law from Universidad Externado and a further specialization in Corporate Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Mario advises clients across multiple industries on matters including corporate restructuring, insolvency, foreign investment, startups, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He is a recognized expert in family business estate reorganization and serves as of counsel to other firms on complex corporate disputes. He has appeared as counsel before arbitration tribunals in commercial contract and high-complexity corporate litigation matters.
